Throughout her career, Connie has assisted countless individuals in gaining momentum and building successful careers in the fields of medical billing and revenue cycle management. Known for a proven track record of recovering millions of dollars in lost revenue for a variety of healthcare organizations, Connie has had the privilege of collaborating with every major health system within the Texas Medical Center.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She is also certified as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist, a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS), and a Certified Professional Biller (CPB). Her leadership extends to the community, serving as a committee board member at Houston Community College, Alvin Community College, and The College of Health Professions. Passionate about healthcare education and financial performance, Connie is committed to equipping future professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the revenue cycle industry.
